Our Mentor Program's Purpose
The **Maranda Dover BLOOM Mentor Program** was created in loving memory of **Maranda Dover**, a woman whose life and struggles inspired a lasting commitment to advocacy, healing, and hope.

Maranda was more than a mother, sister, and daughter—she was a woman who deserved more from life. Despite facing adversity from birth and enduring the injustices of our judicial system, she continued to fight for stability and support. We stood beside her through countless challenges, searching for resources, praying, and shedding tears as she navigated fear and displacement—often without a safe place to call home.
Through **T.I.P. Organization, Inc.**, we continue the fight for women like Maranda, advocating for those who have been overlooked, misunderstood, or silenced. Her dream was to become a social worker and help others rebuild their lives. In her honor, BLOOM stands as a living tribute—empowering young women to overcome obstacles, trust in their worth, and find their place in the world.
